How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Delete Account. Your account and all personal data will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

Why isn't my city available?

Wombie currently covers Warsaw, KrakΓ³w, and Paris, with more cities on the way. If you'd like your city added, email us β€” we prioritise by demand.

An event has wrong information. How do I report it?

Tap the event, scroll to the bottom, and tap Report an Issue. Or email us with the event name and what's wrong β€” we'll fix it quickly.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Check that notifications are enabled for Wombie in your device's notification settings. Also check your in-app notification preferences under Profile β†’ Settings.

How do I report inappropriate content in chat?

Long-press any message in a conversation to report it. For urgent safety concerns, email us directly and we'll respond within 24 hours.
