How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile β Settings β Delete Account. Your account and all personal data will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
Why isn't my city available?
Wombie currently covers Warsaw, KrakΓ³w, and Paris, with more cities on the way. If you'd like your city added, email us β we prioritise by demand.
An event has wrong information. How do I report it?
Tap the event, scroll to the bottom, and tap Report an Issue. Or email us with the event name and what's wrong β we'll fix it quickly.
I'm not receiving push notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled for Wombie in your device's notification settings. Also check your in-app notification preferences under Profile β Settings.
How do I report inappropriate content in chat?
Long-press any message in a conversation to report it. For urgent safety concerns, email us directly and we'll respond within 24 hours.
