👤 Your Account & Responsibilities

🔐 Account Security

You're responsible for keeping your account secure:

  • Choose a strong, unique password
  • Don't share your login credentials
  • Log out when using shared devices
  • Report any unauthorized access immediately

✅ Accurate Information

When creating your account and events:

  • Provide true and accurate information
  • Keep your profile information up to date
  • Use your real name (no fake personas)
  • Only create accounts for yourself (no shared accounts)

These activities will get your account suspended or terminated:

  • Create fake or spam events
  • Harass or threaten other users
  • Share inappropriate content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to hack or breach security
  • Use bots or automated tools
  • Collect user data without permission
  • Promote illegal activities

🛡️ Content & Community Standards

Wombie allows users to create events, groups, profiles, and send messages that are visible to other users ("User Content"). By using these features, you agree to the following standards.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Wombie has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. We will remove content and terminate the accounts of users who violate these standards, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Content

You may not post, upload, or share any content that:

  • Is hateful or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
  • Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or bullies other users
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains spam or unsolicited advertising
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter content that violates these standards, you can report it using the report option on events, profiles, and messages, or by contacting us directly at [email protected].

We will review all valid reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours.

Our Right to Act

Wombie reserves the right to:

  • Remove any User Content at any time and for any reason, without notice
  • Suspend or permanently terminate any account that posts objectionable content or engages in abusive behavior
  • Cooperate with law enforcement regarding content or activity that may violate applicable law

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the User Content you create or share on Wombie. Wombie does not pre-screen all User Content but may do so at its discretion. The fact that content is not pre-screened does not limit our right to remove it at any time.
