The Problem
You're standing outside a venue, alone. You texted the group 10 minutes ago. One person said "leaving now." Another is "5 minutes away" — they haven't left yet. You don't know if anyone is actually coming. This is the default experience for every event.
You walk in alone. Scan the room. Don't see anyone you know. Stand awkwardly by the bar pretending to check your phone.
"5 minutes away" is the biggest lie in social coordination. They're still in the shower. You're already there.
"Where are you?" "I'm coming" "Which entrance?" "I can't see you" — 12 texts that could've been a glance at a map.
One friend never shows. Never texted. You find out the next day. "Oh sorry, something came up." You went alone for nothing.
How it works
When an event you've RSVP'd to is approaching, Rally activates. Open it to see a live map centered on the venue. Your friends who are going appear as dots. No setup required.
Live location dots show who's on their way, who just left home, and who's almost there. No need to text "where are you?" — you can see them moving. Green dot means they're en route.
When most of your crew arrives at the venue, everyone gets the arrival celebration. The event has started — together. No more standing alone wondering if anyone's coming.
